I'm a Richmond-based builder focused on using technology for good. Whether it's helping families preserve memories,
supporting community health, or making tools that empower local businesses — I'm all in on meaningful work.
I love lightweight solutions, community-driven projects, and solving real problems with code.
My Journey
I started building things because I saw problems that needed solving. Not the kind of problems that make headlines,
but the everyday challenges that affect real people in real communities. From helping families preserve their stories
to making health tools accessible to underserved populations, I've learned that the best solutions are often the simplest ones.
My approach is rooted in listening first, building second. I spend time understanding the people who will actually use
what I'm building, then create solutions that fit naturally into their lives rather than forcing them to adapt to technology.
What I Believe
🤝
Community First
Technology should strengthen communities, not replace them. Every tool I build is designed to connect people,
support local networks, and make communities more resilient.
🎯
Purpose Over Profit
I build things that matter. While sustainability is important, the primary goal is always impact — helping
real people solve real problems in meaningful ways.
🔧
Simple Solutions
Complex problems don't always need complex solutions. I focus on elegant, straightforward approaches that
are easy to understand, use, and maintain.
🌱
Sustainable Growth
I believe in building things that can grow organically with their communities, rather than forcing rapid
expansion that might compromise the core mission.
How I Work
Start Small, Think Big
I begin with the smallest viable solution and iterate based on real user feedback. This approach helps me
build things people actually want and need.
Accessibility by Design
Every tool I create is designed to be accessible to people regardless of their technical skills,
financial resources, or physical abilities.
Transparency & Trust
I believe in being open about how things work, what data is collected, and how decisions are made.
Trust is built through transparency and consistency.

Beyond the Code
When I'm not building things, you'll find me exploring Richmond's food scene, supporting local farmers markets,
or working on projects around my home. I believe in the power of local communities and try to practice what I preach
by being an active participant in mine.
I'm always interested in connecting with people who share similar values or have ideas for projects that could
make a positive impact. Whether you're a fellow builder, community organizer, or just someone with a problem
that needs solving, I'd love to hear from you.
